Once users reach the gem level, they will have the option to enable the special effects. Under the level badge settings, there are also explanations regarding the calculation rules for maintaining or downgrading the account level by the end of the following month. If there are any questions regarding the calculation, users can also reach out to the online customer service.
💡The duration of the special effects for the achieved level within the current month will be displayed until the end of the following month. The accumulated recharge amount for the next month will then continue to affect the level for the month after.
For example, if the gem level is achieved in June, the special effects will be displayed until the end of July. The accumulated recharge amount in July will then impact the level of special effects for August.
