If you come across an inappropriate name, you can report it to our online customer support for an official review. The following are examples of content that may be considered inappropriate names:
References, hate speech or discrimination towards individuals or groups (e.g., culture, race, gender, social, religious, political, nationality, etc.)
Violence and harassment: Includes threats, violence, suicide, self-harm, and other forms of intimidation.
Impersonation: Avoid impersonating official personnel, agent roles, or other players (creators), or currency traders to prevent confusion or fraud.
Advertising: Avoid promoting or including advertising content in display names unless explicitly allowed by the platform.
Respect for others: Avoid using display names that may be offensive or infringe upon the rights of others.
Profanity and references to illegal activities or anything related to minors.
Privacy: Do not include personal identifying information such as phone numbers, addresses, etc., in your nickname."
Violate the provided naming guidelines may result in your display name being flagged as inappropriate by any user/creator or customer support agent. Please be careful when picking your display name. Repeated reports may lead to a permanent suspension of your account
What's the Difference between User Name and Display Name?
Username: Used for logging into your account, your username is unique on SWAG and can be used as an identification.
Display Name: Your display name is what others will remember you by when interacting with you and the streamers. Display name can be changed every 30 days (reset at 00:00). Changing your display name does NOT affect your username or login method.
