The Prestige Group is planning to build an upcoming ultra-luxury apartment complex called Prestige Springwood. It will be located in the high-growth area of Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, close to the Kempegowda International Airport. There were two acres of land that were used for it, with 80% left open and only 20% built on.
