Public is the broad SWAG tag for open-air scenes where the setting stays part of the attraction. Streets, rooftops, parks, terraces, parking areas, and similar outside spaces belong here when the viewer can read the environment instead of seeing only a generic close-up.
The value of this category is the extra space around the scene. Sky, street edges, railings, plants, building lines, pavement, traffic distance, or terrace views can all make Public feel specific. The exact backdrop may change from clip to clip, but the setting should still give the scene air, scale, and a clear sense of being outside.
Look for previews where the location is easy to understand. A strong Public result usually shows enough of the surroundings to create mood: a rooftop angle, a quiet park edge, a street-side frame, or an open terrace with visible depth. If the outside setting disappears, the clip may fit another tag better.
Subway is tied to transit spaces and commuter cues. Convenience Store is a retail interior with shelves, counters, and bright store lighting. Elevator is a tight enclosed lift. Public is wider and less tied to one built environment, so the main buying signal is visible open-air atmosphere rather than one exact room or venue.
Choose Public when you want environmental presence first: urban, casual, scenic, exposed, or spontaneous. It is a useful discovery tag when you care about setting but do not need a narrower location such as a train station, store, office, or elevator.
