Sending screenshots and videos is a feature exclusive to the "Mobile Web Version" (not supported on tablet web or desktop web).

You can use Safari browser on iPhone or Chrome browser on Android to access the web version. In the chat room, click on the camera icon to send screenshots or videos from your mobile album. The official website for the web version is https://swag.live/.

  • Voice messages

  1. Click on the "microphone icon" next to the chat box in the chatroom.

    (When using it for the first time, you will see the following message. Please click "Allow" to enable the feature.)

  2. Hold down to send a voice message, for up to a maximum of 30 seconds. Release to end the voice recording.

  3. The cost of sending voice messages is the same as that of regular messages. Each sent voice message will deduct the number of diamonds set by the creator.

  • Photos or Videos

  1. When sending a photo or video file, click on the "camera" icon next to the text input field and choose the method through which you want to send the file.

  2. The cost of sending photos or videos is the same as that of regular messages. Each sent multimedia message will deduct the number of diamonds set by the creator.

Due to the longer transfer time required for sending photos, videos, and voice files (typically several minutes), if you send a combination of photos, videos, and text, the text message will be displayed before the completion of the photo and video transfer. The actual transfer time may vary depending on individual network conditions and file sizes.

⚠️ Reminder:

Please exercise patience and refrain from repeating private messages, gift sending, or any other actions if you experience mobile network delays, ongoing data transmission, or if the successful delivery status has not been displayed yet. This is to avoid duplicate diamond consumption, as repeated actions cannot be canceled or revoked.
