Introduction to Moor Creator Analytics

The Moor Creator Analytics is now available for trial to all creators. This Creator Analytics will collect user behavior data from creators' livestreams, posts, chats, and other creative activities, compiling them into insightful reports.

It assists you in monitoring fluctuations in fan traffic, analyzing pertinent data, enabling you to discern which behaviors and content yield results. This facilitates the making of precise decisions, thereby aiding in the expansion of your fan base and the achievement of your operational objectives.

You can discern from this document how to unearth the desired analytical data from the Moor Creator Analytics and obtain a lucid understanding of the precise definitions of the data.

Temporal interval definition:

  • 24H

Retrieve data from the past 24 hours, with the temporal interval defined as 'the 24 hours preceding the current moment'.

Example: If the current time is 10/8 16:10, the data from the past 24 hours will be from 10/7 16:00 to 10/8 16:00. When perusing Analytics information, you can use the arrow symbols next to the data to compare it with the previous period, which is from 10/6 16:00 to 10/7 16:00.

  • 昨天

Retrieve data from the entire previous day, with the temporal interval defined as 'from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 of the day before'. When reviewing Analytics information, you can utilize the arrow symbols next to the data to compare it with the data from the day before.

  • 7D

Retrieve data for the past 7 days, with the temporal interval defined as 'the 7 days preceding the current moment'.

Example: If the current time is 10/9 16:10, the data from the past 7 days will be from 10/2 16:00 to 10/9 16:00. When examining Analytics information, you can use the arrow symbols next to the data to compare it with the data from 10/1 16:00 to 10/8 16:00.

  • 30D

Retrieve data for the past 30 days, with the temporal interval defined as 'the 30 days preceding the current moment'.

Example: If the current time is 10/31 16:10, the data from the past 30 days will be from 10/1 16:00 to 10/31 16:00. When perusing Analytics information, you can employ the arrow symbols next to the data to compare it with the data from 9/30 16:00 to 10/30 16:00.

  • Custom

Inquire about data from a specific range of days, with the temporal interval defined as 'from the start date at 00:00:00 to the end date at 23:59:59,' allowing you to customize the date range, compare progress at different times, and gain insights into overall creative performance.

Temporal considerations:

1.The system will update data at every full hour, with the process taking approximately 1 minute.

Definitions of various elements in Moor data analysis:

Overall Data

  1. New followers:Calculating the change in the creator's account within the specified time interval by subtracting the number of unfollows from the number of new followers.

  2. Total watch time:The cumulative total viewing duration of users who have viewed 'posts and livestreams' continuously for more than 4 seconds (including 4 seconds) within the specified time interval.

  3. Total viewers of posts and livestreams:The summation of unique user count within the defined time interval who have viewed 'each post and livestream' continuously for more than 4 seconds (including 4 seconds).

Overall data considerations:

1.Posts encompass stories, post videos, post images, paid shorts, free shorts, and officially generated shorts.

2.Data only includes user behavior on clear content, such as viewing free livestreams, paid livestreams, and paid shows, all of which are encompassed in this category.

3.'Total viewers of posts and livestreams' only includes views on posts and livestreams, excluding views on profile and chatroom.

4.Individual video durations under 4 seconds, or user watch time less than 4 seconds, are not included in the Analytics data.

5.When evaluating 'Total watch time' data, it's important to note that in this version, if fans leave the screen on a post image for an extended period, it may overestimate the 'Total watch time'.

6.If fans use livestream tickets or video tickets to view a creator's content for more than 4 seconds (including 4 seconds), their viewing behavior will be included in the 'Total viewers of posts and livestreams' and 'Total watch time' data.

7.'New followers' is the result of subtracting unfollowers from new followers, so when there are more unfollowers than new followers, this value may be negative.

Earnings

  1. Diamonds Earnings:Summing the diamonds earned within the specified time interval, including post unlocks, chat, commands and lovense command in livestreams, paid show tickets, viewing fees for paid livestreams, and message packs.

Earnings considerations:
1. 'Diamonds Earnings' may not align with the final payout amount because this data does not include high-risk diamonds that may be manually deducted by the official platform due to extreme circumstances (violations, user fraud, etc.).

2.Viewing behavior of fans using livestream tickets or video tickets to watch a creator's content is not included in 'Diamonds Earnings'.

3.If you have any concerns regarding diamond earnings and payouts, please feel free to contact the official customer service through the 'Service' option in the lower right corner of Moor.

4. Click on the 'More' button to the right of 'Earnings' to access the legacy earnings analysis page.

Livestream

  1. Livestream Duration:Sum of the creator's livestream duration within the specified time interval. This includes free livestreams, paid livestreams, and paid shows.

  2. Livestream Watch Time:Sum of the total viewing duration of users who have continuously viewed the 'Livestream' for more than 4 seconds (including 4 seconds) within the specified time interval.

  3. Total Livestream Viewers:Sum of the unique users who have continuously viewed the 'Livestream' for more than 4 seconds (including 4 seconds) within the specified time interval.

  4. Total Livestream Earnings:Sum of the total diamond earnings the creator has garnered when using the 'Livestream' feature within the specified time interval. This includes commands and lovense command, paid show tickets, viewing fees for paid-livestreams.

Livestream considerations:
1. Paid livestreams and paid shows only include all users viewing clear content.
2. Users who choose to view blurry preview screens and don't want to click to pay for clear viewing during paid livestreams or paid shows are not included in the 'Livestream duration' and 'Total viewers' data.

3.Livestream watch time includes the time when fans use livestream tickets to watch a creator's livestream for free. When users use live experience tickets to watch a creator's paid livestream or paid show for free, the free viewing behavior will not be included in 'Total diamonds earnings from livestreams'.

All posts

  1. Video watch time:Sum of the total viewing duration of users who have continuously viewed 'all posts' for more than 4 seconds (including 4 seconds).

  2. Total content viewers:Sum of the unique users who have continuously viewed 'all posts' for more than 4 seconds (including 4 seconds).

  3. Total Diamonds Earned In Unlocked Videos:Sum of the total diamond income earned when using the 'feature-length and Stories' function.

All posts considerations:

1.All posts include post video, post image, and story.

2.The data calculations for All posts include all users who have viewed the content with clear visuals. Whether users are registered or not, as long as they meet the aforementioned criteria, they are all included in the data.

3.'Continuous viewing for more than 4 seconds' refers to watching for a consecutive 4 seconds. If users skip and accumulate 4 seconds, it is not counted.

4.When evaluating 'Video watch time' data, it's important to note that in this version, if fans leave the screen on a post for an extended period, it may overestimate the 'Video watch time'.

5.The 'Total Diamonds Earnings On Unlocked Videos' does not include diamonds unlocked in chat rooms; 'chat earnings' data is independently presented in the 'Chat' data.

6.User behavior, such as viewing videos and stories within message packs after purchasing them, will be included in 'Video watch time' and 'Total content viewers' but will not be counted in 'Total Diamonds Spent On Unlocked Videos'.

Shorts

  1. Total shorts watch time:Sum of the total viewing duration of users who have continuously viewed 'Shorts' for more than 4 seconds (including 4 seconds).

  2. Total shorts viewers:Sum of the unique users who have continuously viewed 'Shorts' for more than 4 seconds (including 4 seconds).

Shorts considerations:

1.When a user's single video automatically replays, as long as the duration of the replay exceeds 4 seconds, it will still be counted as 1 viewing interaction.

2.Data only includes user behavior on clear content, such as viewing free shorts, paid shorts, all of which are encompassed in this category.

Chat

  1. Chat Participants:Sum of the unique users who interacted with the creator through the 'Chat' function within the specified time interval.

  2. Chat Earnings:Sum of the total diamond income earned by the creator through the 'Chat' function within the specified time interval.

Chat considerations:

1.The 'Chat Participants' only calculates users who have responded to the creator's messages. If the creator send a chat message to a user who does not respond, that user will not be included in the 'Chat' data calculation.

2.'Chat Earnings' include users sending paid text messages, paid voice messages, and content unlocks or chatroom gift within chatroom.
