If there is no new interaction between both parties for more than four months (120 days), the conversation will be hidden from the list.
However, in the following case, the chat room will not appear in the chat room list:

If this situation occurs, you can view the chat history through the "Messages" section on the creator's profile page. If you wish to bring the conversation back to the chat room list, simply engage with the creator again (send a message or send a small gift).
