This promotion offers two types of vouchers: a Live Streaming Pass and a Video Streaming Pass. Each voucher provides a specific amount of trial viewing minutes. Upon receiving the voucher, you can proceed to the corresponding section and enjoy watching the allocated minutes for free.
Livestream ticket: redeemers can watch the private stream/show for free within a specific experience time.
Video ticket: redeemers can watch the featured videos for free within a specific experience time.
Experience time will start counting down after clicking the redeem button and cannot be stopped. Click again and go to the corresponding featured page.
Contents aren’t permanently unlocked while using the ticket. To watch the content again after the experience time, please use another key or unlock with diamonds.
Time of the ticket cannot be accumulated, please do not use more than one ticket at the same time. Tickets won’t be reissued if the situation above occurs.
Tickets will be invalid if it’s expired or after the experience time passed.
SWAG shall review all participants and will take appropriate actions (including but not limited to voiding tickets) if any malicious behaviors, such as maliciously getting the tickets, registering batches of sub-accounts, etc, are detected.
SWAG reserves the right to update or modify the terms of the ticket policy and its strategies at any time.

If you have received any free streaming passes as part of participating in any activities, please note that once the streaming pass is activated, it cannot be revoked, restored, or paused. Before activating the pass, it is essential to thoroughly read the aforementioned usage rules as introduced in your backpack, to avoid wasting or depleting the streaming pass time.
Display of Pass Tickets
Display the name, duration, expiration date, and countdown timer of the Pass Tickets.
The Pass Tickets are sorted based on the time they were issued.
Pass Tickets of the same type will not be stacked or combined.
For example, if the system assigns 2 five-minute Livestream tickets to Tom, they will not be combined to form a 10-minute pass. Instead, they will remain as two separate 5-minute Pass Tickets.

After redemption, proceed to watch → Link to the live streaming list.
Free access to private live broadcasts/limited-time performances within a designated period.
Time expires
Private Livestream: The remaining viewing time will be displayed in the top right corner, reminding you to purchase diamonds.
Paid Show: After it ends, you will be redirected back to the ticketing page.
Video ticket
After redemption, proceed to watch → Link to the "Featured Videos" section.
Featured Videos: Currently, the only access point is through the "Proceed to Watch" option in the backpack.
Before the countdown timer ends, you can freely watch all the feature-length films in the Featured Videos section.
If you have a feature-length film experience ticket and click on a specific featured video from a non-Featured Videos entry point, you cannot choose whether to use the experience ticket or unlock it with diamonds to watch that video.
Time's Up: The video gradually becomes blurred, and to watch it again, you will need to use another experience ticket or unlock it with diamonds.
