There are three possible reasons why you haven't received the SMS verification code:
Make sure the phone number you entered is correct.
Verify that the country code is entered correctly.
Check if your mobile network signal is strong enough.
There are currently four situations that may prevent you from receiving the email verification code:
The email service provider may have terminated its services or no longer allows new account registrations.
Please check if your account is linked to any other login methods.
Emails from free email providers such as Yahoo domains are prone to being lost or mistakenly classified as spam.
We recommend waiting for a few hours and then trying again.
The SWAG verification email might have been mistakenly categorized as spam and placed in the junk/spam folder.
Please check your junk/spam folder to locate the verification email.
Blocking SWAG emails
If you have previously blocked emails from SWAG and are unable to undo this action, you can log in again using another verification method that you have linked to your account.
