Why haven't I received my verification code?

There are three possible reasons why you haven't received the SMS verification code:

  • Make sure the phone number you entered is correct.

  • Verify that the country code is entered correctly.

  • Check if your mobile network signal is strong enough.

There are currently four situations that may prevent you from receiving the email verification code:

  • The email service provider may have terminated its services or no longer allows new account registrations.

    • Please check if your account is linked to any other login methods.

  • Emails from free email providers such as Yahoo domains are prone to being lost or mistakenly classified as spam.

    • We recommend waiting for a few hours and then trying again.

  • The SWAG verification email might have been mistakenly categorized as spam and placed in the junk/spam folder.

    • Please check your junk/spam folder to locate the verification email.

  • Blocking SWAG emails

    • If you have previously blocked emails from SWAG and are unable to undo this action, you can log in again using another verification method that you have linked to your account.
