Due to account security reasons, customer service cannot verify whether a user has set a login password or what the login password is. Therefore, they can only assist you in checking if you have bound other login methods such as social media verification, SMS, or email.

If you have a bound email, you can click "Forgot Password" on the login page to receive a verification code, log in, and reset your password.

If you don't remember your account ID and the social login methods associated with your previous account, please provide the "Transaction ID" from the "Payment Receipt" that SWAG sent to your payment email address when you made a purchase. Share this information with the online customer service, and they will assist you in identifying the SWAG account associated with that specific transaction.
