⚠️Reminder: Each mobile number can only be linked to one SWAG ID.

If you encounter an error message stating "Already linked to another SWAG account" during mobile number verification, it means that you have previously registered an account using that mobile number. Please return to the login interface and choose the following option at the bottom of the "Other login methods" section: > "Other methods" > "SMS verification" login (as shown in the image below).

When verifying your mobile number, the page will automatically redirect after entering the verification code, so there's no need to press "Finish." If the page doesn't redirect, please refer to the following error message explanations:

  1. Please 【log out and exit the page you were previously on】 or 【reopen a new window】. Go back to the homepage and access the login interface to start the process from the beginning.

  2. Once you are back at the login page, please do not enter any account or password (to avoid incorrect input that may prevent a successful login).

  3. Click on the option 【Other methods】 on the right-hand side, and select 【SMS verification】. Enter your mobile number directly for verification and login.

🚨 If the page displays a message saying "You have tried too many times," and clearing the browser cache doesn't solve the issue, it means that the network loading is too slow or there have been multiple incorrect attempts, using up the available verification attempts for the day.

We recommend restarting your device to improve the network condition (please use a 4G network instead of Wi-Fi) or trying again the next day following the correct steps.

If you encounter verification login issues the following day, please contact customer service directly for assistance. Avoid attempting incorrect actions on your own to prevent using up the verification attempts again.
