Updated over a week ago

Prohibited Content and Activities:

SWAG strictly prohibits the posting of deceptive content, engaging in deceitful behavior, or any other deceptive practices within the SWAG community. If you encounter any content that violates this policy, please report it to our customer service team.

Affected Areas:

  • Content Posting:

SWAG prohibits the following types of content:

  1. Spam Content: This includes mass uploading of repetitive content or content without a specific purpose, which involves any of the following actions:

    • It was deceiving users into expecting certain content but redirecting them away from the website.

    • We are using dishonest content to increase clicks, views, or traffic.

    • Redirecting users to websites that distribute harmful software, collect personal information, or have other negative impacts.

  2. Fraudulent Activities: This refers to content offering cash gifts, promoting "get rich quick" schemes, or using multi-level marketing models where lower-tier members pay upper-tier members without providing tangible products.

  3. Spam Comments: Comments are solely intended to collect personal information from viewers, mislead viewers away from YouTube, or engage in any of the prohibited actions mentioned above.

  4. Third-Party Content: Live streams containing unauthorized third-party content. Repeated warnings for such content that remain uncorrected may be considered abusive behavior. Channel owners should proactively monitor their live stream content and promptly address potential issues.

These policies apply to videos, images, live stream content, live stream comments, and other SWAG product features. The examples listed here are not exhaustive, and SWAG will also determine whether content qualifies as spam or fraudulent according to the terms of service.
