How to report system issues?

Please click on the three dots (...) at the bottom of the screen and select "Reload" to see if that resolves the issue. If it doesn't work, please follow the steps below to report the problem, so that our technical department can investigate and assist you in resolving the issue. We will get back to you once the issue is confirmed and provide you with further assistance.

[Report livestream bug] Steps:

  1. Tap the three dots at the bottom of the live-streaming screen.

  2. Select "Report Live Issue."

  3. Click on "One-Click Report."

  4. The system will automatically include the Report ID.

  5. Provide additional details about the issue and send the message to online customer service.

Process for Reporting Paid Livestream (Including Private and Paid Show):

  1. In addition to the above "One-click Report" option,

  2. Please click on the bottom-right corner "Profile" menu > "Logs" to open it and take a screenshot to provide to the online customer service.

  3. Please also provide the specific time of the viewing during the live broadcast (e.g., "at HH: MM") or the name of the limited-time show at a specific time (e.g., "at HH: MM, during the show named XYZ").

These details will help the technical department verify and confirm the specific time frame (not required for free broadcasts).
