Insufficient diamond balance
Insufficient diamonds in your account to private message the host. Each host has a different diamond requirement for messaging. You can check the required diamonds for a reply in the chat input box.
Blocked
If you encounter the following icon when sending a message, you may have been blocked by the host. Please go to the bottom right corner and contact the online customer service for assistance in confirming the situation.
