If you are unable to watch videos/stories on iPhone smoothly, please check the following:

  • Ensure your iOS version is iOS 16.5 or above.

  • If Low Power Mode is enabled, please disable it and ensure your battery is at least 60% charged.

  • Check if your internet connection is good.


💡 If all the above are confirmed to be okay, you can try the following steps:

  • Click on the profile picture at the bottom right of the main page → [Refresh ⟳], or go to the Settings page → [Refresh ⟳]. After clicking, check again if you can watch normally.
